近年来网络上屡屡爆出的"地沟油"事件引发了人们对食品安全问题的激烈讨论,食品安全问题亟待解决,如何对食品安全进行"从农田到餐桌"的全程管理已经成为焦点,监管部门身负重责。本文采用层次分析法,比较食品供应链的生产、物流及销售环节监管的相对重要程度,定量并定性地给出各环节的所可能产生风险的监管权重,对各环节的监管力度进行排序,并为监管部门提出指导意见。
The "Drainage oil" event reports on the network recently caused people's huge dissatisfaction and heat discussion of endless food safety issues in china. Food safety issues need to be solved urgently. How to carry out the "management of whole process from farm to table" on food safety has become the focus of researchers,the supervision departments have great responsibilities. In this paper,AHP is used to compare the supervision importance of production link,logistic link and sales link of food supply chain. Quantitative and qualitative supervision weights of the possible risks of each link are given and sorted,supervision of all links are sorted,and guidance for the supervision department. Then this paper gives reasonable proposal to relevant department.
