研究了提高藻细胞生物量和总脂肪酸含量的分步培养法.利用分步培养法可使小球藻生物量达14.22g·L^-1、总脂肪酸产量达11.63g·L^-1,其生物量比两种单步培养条件下的生物量分别提高1.72和2.19倍;总脂肪酸产量分别提高了2.53和2.24倍,热焓值与有利于油脂积累条件中培养的小球藻的热焓值相接近.
The research results of metabolic regulation of ChloreUa indicated that the growth and lipid accumulation processes of Chlorella were not associated. Therefore, the effect factors on biomass and fatty acid accumulation should be considered together in the production of biodiesel from Chlorella. In this paper, the divided-step cultivation method was investigated for biomass improvement and fatty acids accumulation in Chlorella. The biomass, total FA yield could reach 14.22g·L^-1 and 11.63g·L^-1, respectively in divided-step cultivation method, the biomass were improved 1.72 and 2. 19 times and the total fatty acids yield were improved 2.53 and 2.24 times compared to the two single-step cultivation methods. The calorific value is similar to that cultivated in the medium which contributes to fatty acid ester accumulation.
