用不同浓度PEG、PVA、KNO3、PEG+KNO3、PVA+KNO3对杂交籼稻汕优63和特优559 F1 种子进行引发效果研究,结果表明:2.0%PVA处理汕优63、1.5%PVA处理特优559 24 h,引发效果最佳.
Priming effect was studied on the indica rice Shanyou 63 and Teyou 559171 seeds with different concentrations of PEG, PVA, KNO3, PEG + KNO3, PVA + KNO3 sollution. The results showed that the best priming effect was obtained at the treatment of 2.0% PVA and 1.5% PVA on Shanyou 63 and Teyou 559 respectively soaking 24 hours.
