以库拉索芦荟凝胶为原料,采用酸法研究其水解工艺。单因素实验结果表明:当pH为2.0,反应温度为120℃,反应时间为8 h,底物质量分数为6%时,水解效果最好。FT-IR分析结果表明:水解后的羧酸盐的C=O伸缩振动吸收峰和氨基N-H伸缩振动吸收峰都明显增强。将其用于噁唑烷鞣革的甲醛去除中,结果表明,甲醛捕获率为30.68%。
Aloe gel was hydrolyzed by various acids,and the effect of pH,temperature,time and the concentration of aloe gel were studied.The optimal conditions were pH 2.0,temperature 120 ℃,time 8h and the concentration of aloe gel was 6%.Under the conditions,the hydrolysis was the best.The FTIR analysis results showed that the peak of C=O and N-H obviously became stronger.It was used to remove formaldehyde in oxazolidine tanning leather,and the application results showed that the formaldehyde-removal rate was 30.68%.
