Connected supply chain between manufacturing and logistics industry is a kind of typical method of supply chain management. The essence of that is to give full play to the role of the core advantages of the manufacturing and logistics industry, separate the logistic function from the manufacturing industry to reduce logistics costs and improve the overall efficiency and profit. The connected supply chain between manufacturing and logistics industry imposed new requirement on the enterprises. In terms of management, we should adjust the pattern of organization, transform cone structure to fiat structure, realize the seamless connection and formulate the dispute resolution mechanism; in terms of technology, we should set up the information sharing platform, and make innovation in special logistic equipment and package. To guarantee the orderly operation of connected supply chain between manufacturing and logistics industry, we should establish the long-term contractual relation, the industrial standard, the rational interest distribution mechanism, the mutual effective partition mechanism, information sharing mechanism and cooperatives evaluation mechanism.
