In view of the realistic problems and the need for the future development of Track and Field in Henan Province, the article uses the literature and logical analysis to discuss such development strategies for track and field as follows ： ＇ the environment optimization strategy＇ , ＇ a one-sided diet＇ and ＇ the talented person preference strategy＇ in the hope of providing reference for the long-term development and planning of track and field event in Henan Province.
