根据加速寿命试验和并行节能技术原理,针对FAST液压促动器中故障致命度较大的元件提出并设计出一种能同时测试多个齿轮泵、溢流阀及单向阀样本的加速寿命试验台。与普通可靠性试验台相比,该试验台具有单次试验样本种类多、数量多、试验周期短及能耗低等优点。试验在多种应力等级下进行,以冲击载荷作为加速因子进行齿轮泵的冲击寿命试验及单向阀和溢流阀的加速启闭试验。文章详细介绍了试验台的总体设计方案及所采用的关键技术,该试验台的设计方法可为其他核心液压元件加速寿命试验台的设计提供参考。
In this paper,we propose and design an accelerate lifetime test platform for the key components of hydraulic actuators of FAST based on the theory of accelerate lifetime test and parallel energy-saving technology. The platform can test multiple of gear pumps,relief valves and check valves. Compared with normal reliability test platform,this platform can test more kinds and amount of simples,and save test time and energy. The test platform takes the compact load as the acceleration factor to test the compact lifetime of gear pumps and the acceleration opening and closing lifetime of check valves and relief valves under difference pressures. This paper describes the design scheme and the key technologies for the test platform. The design method of the test platform can be universally adopted.
