为了验证在车辆与护栏的碰撞过程中,通过改造标准F型混凝土刚性护栏截面形式来改善其防撞性能的可能性,开发设计了IF型刚性护栏,并引入Ford F800车型在ANSYS/LS—DYNA软件环境中进行碰撞仿真分析。数值模拟结果表明:混凝土刚性护栏截面形式的改变对碰撞过程的影响显著,IF型刚性护栏结构具有更好的车辆导向性和乘员安全性;通过改造混凝土刚性护栏截面形式来改善其防撞性能的做法是可行的;给出的IF型刚性护栏的设计图可为进一步的实车碰撞试验提供参考依据。
In order to verify the possibility that crashworthiness of rigid guardrail is improved by improvement of rigid guardrail section form of standard F (SF) concrete, improved F (IF) rigid guardrail was designed. Ford F800 truck model and rigid guardrail model were coupled in program ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The result of numerical simulation proves that IF rigid guardrail is better than SF rigid guardrail in the aspect of guide for truck and safety for driver. Therefore, it is feasible to improve its crashworthiness via changing the SF rigid guardrail section form and the design chart of IF rigid guardrail can be regarded as the reference of further field truck crash test.
