煤炭资源的开采由浅及深,在地下形成多层采空区,其地基的稳定性是进行建筑规划必须考虑的重大难题之一。本文以北京市门头沟老采空区地面棚户区改造工程为例,对规划区地质条件展开了详细的调查研究,并进行了室内物理力学试验。然后,针对采空区上覆岩层力学性质上的差异,分析了目前地基的稳定状态,揭示了采空区未引起地基形成较大移动变形现象的原因,是由于上覆关键持力层尚未破坏,对地基的稳定起到了控制作用。然后运用概率积分法,考虑了采深、采厚、岩层倾角、开采的时间效应、岩石抗拉强度等复杂因素,对关键持力岩层失稳后地表可能发生的移动变形进行了预测,并根据预测结果及变形规律,结合地基变形特征进行了地基稳定性分区。该研究成果,为采空区建筑规划提供了科学的理论指导。
The underground underlies multiplayer goaf with the development of the coal mining from shallow work to deep mining.The stability of ground base underlying multi-layer goaf is a significant problem for the construct program on the ground base.The renovation project of Shantytown or slum of Mentougou borough in Beijing is an example.Based on the investigation and the indoor test,the stability is depended on the unbroken supporting rock which protects the ground base from subsidence.Using the probability integration method,the ground subsidence is calculated considering the effect of chance of mining depth,mining thickness,coal bed pitch,sharp,the time of mine,and rock tensile strength.According to the result of the subsidence,the appraisal of the ground partition with different stability is taken.The guiding and theoretical suggestion is given for the project after the research.
