以广州市边缘区土地利用为研究对象,根据2000—2008年的土地利用详查及更新调查数据,研究该地区土地利用变化及其所引起的生态系统服务价值的变化。结果显示：广州市边缘区2000—2008年的园地、建设用地和水域的面积有所增加,牧草地基本不变,耕地、林地和未利用地的面积均有所减少;除2004年和2005年处于调整期外,土地利用程度指数逐年上升;生态系统服务价值却随当地经济的发展逐渐下降。并针对广州市边缘区土地利用存在的问题以及生态服务价值估算的结果,提出广州市边缘区的土地利用规划一定要严格控制建设用地的扩张,提高用地效率,保证经济稳步增长和生态环境质量的不断提高。

英文摘要：

We select urban fringe in Guangzhou city as research object, studied the land use change and ecosystem services value change based on the data of land use survey from 2000 to 2008 in Guangzhou. The results showed that from 2000 to 2008 the areas of orchard land, water conservancy and land for construction increased while the areas of grassland remain unchanged. The areas of cultivated land, forest land and unused land decreased. Except the regulation period of 2004 and 2005, the integrated land use degree index increased. The ecosystem services value decreased with the development of local economy. At last, in the view of the problem of land use in the urban fringe in Guangzhou city and the results of ecosystem services value, we put forward some suggestions such as the area of land for construction should be strictly controlled in future land use planning and the land use efficiency should be improved to ensure steady development of economy and improvement of the environment.
