As a complementary chain, the recycling industry in Tianjin Binhai New Area mainly focuses on the transference and processing of wastes,and provide services with high-tech ability for industrial enterprises in Binhai New Area Area. In order to keep pace with the regional development, the recycling industry should reinforce the ability of resource supply and transference, extend the service scope and industrial chain.It is suggested that the development plan and detailed schedule be made for recycling industry, and the recycled resources should be in the priority purchase list. And recycling enterprises should participate in the establishment of social recycling network, as well as improve the transport ability and upgrade potential.
