以廉价、具有丰富孔结构的天然矿物硅藻土或人造沸石为硅源,与Li2CO3采用高温固相法来合成可在高温直接吸收CO2的硅酸锂材料。考察了硅源和焙烧温度对硅酸锂材料高温吸收CO2性能的影响。采用XRD分析了合成材料的相组成,用同步热重分析仪(TG-DSC)研究了硅酸锂材料吸收CO2的性能。实验结果表明,以人造沸石为硅源,没有合成的硅酸锂材料,从而导致了低的CO2吸收容量。而采用硅藻土为硅源时,合成了吸收性能良好的硅酸锂材料,与其他文献相比,降低了硅酸锂材料的制备成本。
Using the cheap and porous nature-mineral diatomite or zeolite as silicon sources,lithium silicate material was prepared through the solid-state reaction method,and used for absorbing CO2 at high temperature.Effects of silicon sources and sintering temperature on the CO2 adsorption performance of the lithium silicate material were investigated.Phase composition was analyzed by X-ray diffraction,and the CO2 adsorption properties were studied by the simultaneous thermogravimetric analyzer(TG-DSC).The results showed that lithium silicon material was not composed for the sample with zeolite,while lithium silicon material using diatomite as silicon source showed excellent CO2 adsorption properties.Compared with the existing literatures,the raw material cost for preparing the material was lowered.
