通过对267家企业的问卷调研,探讨了组织学习对组织绩效的影响机制。研究发现:智力资本在组织学习与组织绩效之间发挥着完全中介作用;知识管理策略在组织学习与智力资本之间发挥着调节作用;组织学习、智力资本和知识管理共同构成了组织的知识处理系统。
Analyzed the questionnaires of 267 firms, explored the mechanism used by organizational learning to influence organizational performance, we found that intelligence capital mediates the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance. Knowledge management strategy moderates the relation between organizational learning and intelligence capital appreciably. Organizational learning, intelligence capital and knowledge management make up of knowledge processing system. The result can help us advance organizational performance by making use of organizational learning more effectively.
