大型泵站的水力稳定性研究对保证泵站的安全、高效运行具有重要意义,随着南水北调跨流域调水工程建设和全国大中型泵站改造的实施,大型泵站水力稳定性研究更显得非常迫切和重要。指出大型泵站运行时进水流道内涡带、出水流道出流不均匀、转轮内脱流、水泵叶轮与导叶动静干涉产生的压力脉动等水力现象是影响轴流泵泵站水力稳定性的主要因素。从水力振动理论计算、水力脉动模型实验、真机现场试验和水力稳定性非定常CFD计算等4方面对当前研究进展进行了分析。根据对现有研究成果的分析,指出了今后研究的方向。
It is important for safety and high efficiency of pumping station operation to study hydraulic stability of large scale pumping station. It is necessary for researches to focus on hydraulic stability along with the construction of South-to-North Water Transfer of China and reconstruction of large scale pumping station. The pressure fluctuation, caused by inlet passage vortex, asymmetrical outflow, separate flow inside blades and RSI phenomena between blades and guide vanes, was a main factor to affect hydraulic stability. The advances on research on calculation method of hydraulic vibration, hydraulic fluctuation test, proto type pump test and unsteady calculation of hydraulic stability are described in detail. Finally, the direction of future research work is pointed out.
