研究了半固态SiCp/AZ61复合材料在不同变形温度、应变速率、SiCp体积分数和变形程度下的微观组织演变。结果表明,在半固态压缩条件下,在压缩变形过程中随着温度的提高,试样的内摩擦系数减小,使得固相颗粒或者聚集体发生滑动和转动的可能性增加。随应变速率的减小,低应变速率下微观组织中的液相分布在基体周围。随着变形程度的增加,晶粒平均尺寸显著减小。
Microstructure evolution of semi-solid SiCp/AZ61 composites with different deformation temperatures,strain rates,volume fractions of SiCp and deformation degree during compression process was investigated.The results show that friction coefficient is decreased and the possibility of solid particles or aggregates slipping and rotating will increase with the temperature increase.The liquid phase during low strain rate distributes around the matrix with the strain rate decrease.The grain size decreases obviously with the deformation increase.
