卟啉在生命机体的新陈代谢中扮演重要角色。本文研究了在室温条件下不同溶剂中卟啉的荧光光谱,发现在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺中卟啉荧光信号强且稳定,同时基本上不受离子强度的影响。N,N-二甲基甲酰胺亦能很好的萃取血样中的卟啉,是一种适合于血样卟啉荧光分析的新型溶剂。
The perphyrins play a very important role in the metabolism of living organisms. Fluorescene intensity of perphyrins in different solvents at room temperature were investigated, strong and stable fluorescene intensity of porphyrin compounds were found in N,N-dimethytformamide, meanwhile it was hardly effected by ionic strength. Porphyrins in blood can be extracted well by N,N- dimethytformamide. Thus N,N-dimethytformamide is a suitable solvent in fluorescence analysis of perphyrin in Blood.
