＂Industry 4.0＂Strategy is leading a revolution in German industry,with old positions eliminated and new positions emerging.These new positions are more demanding in employees＇ capabilities of problem-solving,self-learning,flexibility and communication skills.This paper starts with the＂Industry4.0＂Strategy,introduces＂dual system＂vocational education in Germany,stressing that vocational colleges should adjust content and approaches of education to fulfill the requirements of new positions and new capabilities in future intelligent manufacturing industry.
