Objective To optimize the extraction technology Methods The extraction technology of Binghe Lotion was optimized （34）, taking the contents of matrine and oxymatrine which were Sophora flavescens and the extract yields as indexes. Results of Binghe Lotion using ethanol. with orthogonal experiment of in the main active ingredients in The best extraction conditions of Binghe Lotion using 60% ethanol as solvent were as follows： adding 8,6,6 times solvent into herbs, then reflux extracting 3 times,and 2.0,1.5,1.5 h for each time respectively. Conclusion The study may provide reliable experiment data for the Binghe Lotion extraction technology with ethanol.
