利用普通陶瓷烧结工艺制备出含Bi4Ti3O12、Bi2Al4O9和Bi2O3的复合陶瓷。该复合陶瓷中的Bi4Ti3O12晶粒具有较大的取向度因子,约为0.48。在未施加电场极化的情况下,该复合陶瓷显示出反常的压电效应。根据压电振动模式分析,该复合陶瓷的宏观对称性属于三斜晶系。我们认为,这一特殊的压电效应与该复合陶瓷中的空间电荷分布不均匀有关。
Composite ceramic contained Bi4Ti3O12、Bi2Al4O9 and Bi2O3 phases was fabricated by the ordinary sintering technique.The Bi4Ti3O12 grains were found to have an orientation factor of f=0.48 in this ceramic.Before poling,this composite ceramic showed an anomalous piezoelectric effect which proved that the macroscopic symmetry of this composite ceramic belongs to the triclinic system.This anomalous piezoelectric effect maybe originates from inhomogeneous distribution of space charge in this composite ceramic and the probable causes of the inhomogeneity are discussed.
