英文摘要：

Objective Investigate the role of pharyngeal pouch endoderm （PPE） to the columella development and its in？tegration with inner ear. Method Observe the effect after PPE in R4 and R4R5 being transplanted isotopically by quail-chick chimera. Results R4 PPE induced the columella’s development and interferance different parts with deviating from R4 slight？ly, while R4R5 affecte development of columella and inner ear simutanously. Conclusions PPE can induce columella devel？opment and its integration with inner ear.
