【摘要】目的了解电动自行车致眼外伤的临床特点。方法连续收集和回顾性分析电动自行车致眼外伤62例（71眼），总结其临床特征。结果男女患者比例为3．4／1，年龄17～62岁，平均（35．6±6．8）岁。双眼受伤者9例，占14．5％。以工人、农民为主要受伤群体。单纯眼部受伤者为11．3％，合并身体其他部位受伤者占88．7％。59．2％的患眼为眼球开放伤。42．3％的患眼经历了2次以上手术。受伤后，46．5％的患眼无光感，97．2％的患眼视力在0．1以下。最后一次随访矫正视力，等于优于0．1的患眼仅占15．5％。结论电动自行车致眼外伤多为中年男性农民或工人。大多数患者合并身体其他部位的外伤，需要多科室综合治疗。电动自行车致眼外伤比一般机械性眼外伤严重。

英文摘要：

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of electric bicycle related eye injury. Methods Consecutive selection and retrospective analysis of electric bicycle related eye injuries 62 cases （ 71 eyes） to investigate its clinical characteristics. Results The ratio of male to female was 3.4. The ages were 17 to 62 years old, at average （35.6 ＋ 6.8） years old. 9 eases were bilateral eye injuries, accounting for 14.5%. Worker and peasant were the main parts of the patients. 11.3% patients only had ocular inju- ries and 88.7% patients combined with other injuries outside the eyes. 59.2% eyes were open global inju- ry. 42.3% eyes underwent more than 2 surgeries. The visual acuities were non light perception in 46.5% eyes and lower than 0.1 were were in 97.2% eyes after injury. Final corrected visual aeuities better than 0.1 were in only 15.5% eyes. Conclusion Most of the electric bicycle related eye injuries are middle- aged male workers or peasants. The injury always have eye and other body injuries which need muhidiseipli- nary treatment. The electric bicycle related eye injuries are severer than other mechanical ocular injuries.
