设计了一款WIFI无线甲醛监测器,它的传感器器件采用八个金属氧化物半导体材料组成的阵列。它既有热激发也有光激发的功能。本系统通过单片机实现信号获取、光热控制、存储等功能。它还可以通过WIFI与PC或智能手机实现无线通讯。本系统以TiO2作为气敏材料,通过紫外光激发,温度控制在75℃左右对甲醛气体进行测试。结果表明100ppm甲醛的响应灵敏度达1802.03。通过实验证明了该甲醛检测器的设计是可行的。
A WIFI formaldehyde monitor is designed, whose sensor devices are composed of an array of eight metal oxide semiconductor devices. It contains both thermal excitation and light excitation functions. The system achieves the functions of signal acquisition, light and heat control, storage and so on with MCU. It also can achieve wireless communications with PC or smart mobile phone through WIFI. The system uses TiO2 as the sensing material, and excited by ultraviolet, its temperature is controlled at about 75℃ to detect formaldehyde gas. The results show that the response sensitivity of 100ppm formaldehyde achieves 1802.03, showing the design of the formaldehyde monitor is feasible.
