With respect to group decision making problems based on intuitionistic uncertain linguistic evaluation,this paper defines intuitionistic binary uncertain linguistic numbers,the operational laws,the expected value and the accuracy value.Meanwhile,the intuitionistic binary uncertain linguistic sum（IBULS） operator and intuitionistic binary uncertain linguistic weighted averaging（IBULWA） operator are proposed,and the desirable properties of the IBULWA operator are verified,such as monotonicity,idempotency and boundedness.On this basis,a method for dealing with group decision making problems is proposed,in which the attribute weights are known and the attribute values take the form of intuitionistic uncertain linguistic information.Finally an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of decision making method.
