依据黄河下游游荡性河段河势查勘资料分析,结合河工实体动床模型试验,探讨了游荡性河道河势稳定原理,研究了基于河势相对稳定原理的河道整治机制。研究表明,尽管游荡性河道河势调整多变,但其调整是遵循河势稳定原理的;游荡性河道整治应按照“顺势布弯、就弯设坝、遥相呼应、规模适度”的原则和方法确定整治工程体系布局。以此研究成果建设的工程体系运行实践表明,在近年来不同流量级洪水下整治工程体系可以明显起到理顺流路、稳定河势的作用。
Based on the analysis of the survey data of the fiver regime in the wandering reach of the lower Yellow River, the river regime stabilization principle in the wandering channel is discussed in line with relevant movable-bed model tests. The study on river regulation mechanism originating from this principle has been proceeded. The results indicate that the adjustment of river regime follows the principle of fiver regime stabilization though the river regime in the wandering reach is always changing. The layout of the river regulation project system should be set under some principles for the wandering river regulation, which could be summarized as "setting channel bend smoothly in accord with natural river regime, laying dikes in the bending channel at proper distance, all round coordinating engineering structure and controlling in moderate scale". The project systems constructed under this guidance have shown their significant roles in leading the flow path in order and controlling the river regime under different levels of the floods in recent years.
