目的:研究针刺通过颅脑损伤大鼠血清对SY5Y细胞内钙离子[Ca^2+]i的影响。方法:采用激光共聚焦显微镜的动态扫描功能和荧光分子探针技术,从针灸血清学和细胞学角度,对针刺通过颅脑损伤大鼠血清对SY5Y细胞[Ca^2+]i的影响进行研究。结果:各组血清孕育后SY5Y细胞[Ca^2+]i相比较显示,模型对照组的荧光强度明显高于空白对照组(P〈0.01),而针刺治疗组的荧光强度虽然也高于空白对照组(6h组除外),但明显低于模型对照组(P〈0.01)。结论:颅脑损伤大鼠的血清可使SY5Y细胞[Ca^2+]i升高,针刺可以通过血清减缓此过程的发生。
Objective:To study the effect of acupuncture on calciumion [Ca^2+]i in SY5Y cells by the serum of craniocerebral injury(CCI) rats.Method:With the methodology of serology and cytology,dynamic confocal laser scanning microscope and fluorescent molecular probe techniques were adopted to study the influence of acupuncture on SY5Y cells [Ca^2+]i by the serum of CCI rats.Result:Gestated by the serum of CCI rats,fluorescent strength of SY5Y cells of model groups were higher than that of normal group,and that of acupuncture group were lower than that of model group (P〈0.01) but higher than that of normal group.Conclusion:The serum of CCI rats can hoist SY5Y cells [Ca^2+]i,and acupuncture can depress it's appearance.
