教学语言是教学信息的载体,是教师完成教学任务的主要工具。新课改理念下的教学活动更重视师生之间知识、信息、情感的交流,对教师的语言能力的要求进一步提高。如何提高教学语言能力,这也是我们当代教师亟需解决的问题。本文通过问卷调查法和课堂观察法相结合来对中学教师和师范生语言能力的现状进行分析,并通过对调查研究的综合分析来讨论提高教师课堂语言能力的意见与对策。
Teaching Language is the carrier of teaching information and the main tool of teachers to complete teaching task. Under new curricular reforms, teaching activities attach greater importance to the communication of knowledge, information and feelings between teachers and students. How to improve teachers' language capability is also an urgent problem to be solved in modern times. In this paper, we combined questionnaire survey and classroom observation to analyze the status of the language capability of secondary school teachers and normal students, and discuss the methods and strategies to improve teachers'edueational language capability through a comprehensive analysis of research.
