利用典型籼稻Chuan7与典型粳稻秋光构建的DH群体为试验材料,利用测序技术对群体后代Chalk5基因的等位基因型分布进行分析,对比群体后代材料的垩白性状及加工品质表现,在辽宁稻区初步评价Chalk5基因的利用价值。结果表明:来自于籼稻的低垩白等位基因chalk5的引入可显著改善群体后代垩白性状,并通过改善垩白进一步优化稻米加工品质。证明该基因在辽宁水稻育种中具有一定的应用价值。
In the present study, we utilize the recombinant inbred lines (RILs) derived from indica-japonica hybridization to analysis of the application value of Chalk5 gene in the breeding system from Liaoning province. The allele distribution on chalk5 gene was calculated by DNA sequencing technology. The result demonstrated that the allele of low chalk5 from indica can signification improve the chalkiness trait in RILs, and further enhance the rice processing quality. The chalk5 gene has the significant application value in the breeding system from Liaoning province.
