为了研究钒的掺杂对TiO2薄膜的接触角、晶型及晶粒粒径的关系,采用sol-gel制备了V2O5-TiO2复合薄膜和复合粉末并对其进行表征分析.实验发现,少量钒的加入使接触角下降到10°以下,随着钒摩尔分数的增加,接触角下降趋势变缓.X射线衍射(XRD)分析发现,添加V2O5能抑制TiO2金红石晶型的产生以及晶粒的生长,随着V2O5添加量的增加,金红石晶型质量分数不断减小,当V2O5的摩尔分数达到1.81%时,金红石晶型完全消失,添加摩尔分数为0.23%的V2O5后TiO2锐钛矿晶粒尺寸为27nm,约为未添加V2O5时的1/2,同时发现薄膜的超亲水性与锐钛矿晶粒尺寸存在相关性.
Transparent V2O5-TiO2 composite nanometer thin films on glass substrates were prepared with sol-gel method and dip-coating technique to study the effect of titanium oxide addition on water contact angle, crystal phase and size. The films were characterized by XRD and visible absorption spectra, and their hydrophilicity was determined by measuring the water contact angles on the films. The results showed that the contact angles of the films were less than10° after UV or sunlight illumination for 40 min. The addition of V2 05 to TiO2 thin films suppresses the structural phase transition and crystal growth of TiO2 crystal in the TiO2 thin films. The average crystalline size decreased from 45 nm to 26 nm after doping with V2O5. With increasing amount of V2O5 mole fraction, the rutile phase of TiO2 decreases gradually. Finally, the relationship between crystalline size and hydrophilicity under sunlight was investigated.
