基于模块化的设计思想,对构成工业机器人测控系统的功能模块进行较详细的分析。在此基础上,利用软件构件技术设计了功能模块对应的构件。论述了构件的构造方式以及组合过程,特别是对控制模块相对应的基于基本动作的构件进行较详细的分析。最后,结合实例介绍了该测控系统的应用,并证实了该系统的有效性。
Based on modular design concepts, software components technology is used to design the framework of system software and its sub-modules. Functional modules of industrial robot's control system are analysed in detail, based on which, the corresponding components of each module is designed, then the components' construction method and combination process is discussed. Especially the basic motion components corresponding to the control module, is analysed in detail. Finally, the application of the system is illustrated with examples and the effectiveness of the system is confirmed.
