[目的]研究2,3,7,8-四氯二苯并二恶英(TCDD)慢性染毒对金黄地鼠脏器指数,血液SOD、MDA、GSH-PX及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响。[方法]把20只金黄地鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为2组:TCDD染毒组(染毒剂量为0.58 ng/g.BW)、对照组,每组10只。采用腹腔注射染毒,每周1次,共6月,实验结束取脏器及血液,脏器称重,测血液SOD、MDA、GSH-Px及T-AOC。[结果]与对照组比较,染毒组体重、脾脏指数较低,肝脏指数较高,但差异无统计学意义,胸腺指数降低(P﹤0.05);TCDD组血浆中MDA含量比对照组明显增加(P﹤0.01),SOD活力、GSH-Px活力以及T-AOC均降低(P﹤0.05或P﹤0.01)。[结论]长期低剂量的染毒后,TCDD对金黄地鼠的胸腺指数及氧化应激指标有影响,引起脂质过氧化作用。
[Objective]To study the effects of TCDD on organ indexes,SOD,MDA,GSH-Px and T-AOC of golden hamsters.[Methods]Twenty golden hamsters were randomly divided into two groups:TCDD exposure group(exposure dose:0.58 ng/g.BW)and control group,ten hamsters for each group.The hamsters were injected with TCDD ip.The organ indexes,the activity of SOD,GSP-Px and T-AOC and the level of MDA were determined.[Results]The body weight and spleen index of exposure group showed decreasing,and the liver index of exposure group showed a increasing tendency,but there were no significant differences with those of control group.The thymus gland index of exposure group was lower than that of control group(P﹤0.05).The level of MDA of exposure group significantly increased(P﹤0.01)and the activity of SOD,GSH-Px and T-AOC significantly decreased(P﹤0.05 or P﹤0.01).[Conclusion]Exposuring under a low dose of TCDD may cause bad effects on the thymus gland in golden hamsters,and make MDA level increase,the activity of anti-oxidant enzyme decrease.
