在深入研究设计波方法的基础上,提出了适合于半潜式平台整体结构设计的确定性设计波法、随机性设计波法和长期预报设计波法,并结合DNV规范提出的6个特征载荷工况给出了半潜式平台整体结构设计的波浪载荷具体计算方法及流程。以实际半潜式平台为例,根据其作业海域,将3种设计波方法应用于波浪载荷计算,并进行了对比分析。结果表明,本文提出的方法可为半潜式平台的波浪载荷计算提供参考,对半潜式平台的整体结构设计具有一定的指导意义。
