针对离网型小功率直驱永磁同步风力发电机的特点,研制了一台城市路灯用2 kVA小功率直驱永磁同步风力发电机;结合电磁场软件MagNet,利用二维有限元法计算出电机的空载气隙磁密、反电势、齿槽转矩,以及带额定负载运行时的电磁转矩、电磁功率、输出电压;最后,通过样机实验,对研制样机的设计值与实测值进行了比较,结果表明,所研制的2 kVA永磁同步风力发电机性能完全满足设计指标要求。
Based on some feasures of the off-grid type small power directly driven permanent magnet synchronous gen- erator (DDPMSG) in Wind Turbines, a 2 kVA DDPMSG was designed for the city street lamp. Combined with electromag- netic field simulation software MagNet, the no-load air-gap flux density, the no-load back EMF, the cogging torque, and the load electromagnetic torque, the load electromagnetic power, the output load voltage were analyzed deeply by 2D FEM. The results of the prototype experiment validates the designed 2 kVA DDPMSG metets the technical datas completely.
