本文通过审视制造业的零库存管理思想及其在实际应用中存在的误区,分析了制造业的零库存管理现状,指出企业要结合自身的生产运营模式,科学合理地降低库存,不能片面地理解或曲解零库存的真正含义和作用,更不能为了追求零库存而盲目地简单模仿、照搬教条,从而影响到正常的生产运营。进而从供应链的视角探讨了零库存管理模式,为企业的零库存管理澄清思想,为合理库存实践提供理论支持和正确导向。
The paper examines the manufacturing zero inventory management thought and in the practical application of the existing misunderstanding, analysis of the current situation of the manufacturing industry of zero inventory management, and points out that the enterprise should combine their own production and operation mode, scientific and reasonable to reduce inventory, can not be one-sided understanding or misinterpret the true meaning and function of zero inventory, nor to pursue zero inventory and blindly simple imitation, copy the dogma, which affects the normal production and operation. Then from the angle of supply chain inventory management model, clarify the thinking of zero inventory management, provides the theory support and the correct direction for the reasonable inventory practice.
