目的了解小型猪耳蜗胚胎时期发育的形态学特征及规律。方法利用火棉胶包埋切片技术及光学显微镜观察贵州小型香猪在胚胎21天到胚胎107天的耳蜗发育过程中的形态变化。结果贵州小型香猪听泡在胚胎21天出现,随后耳蜗开始发育,到胚胎91天形成形态成熟的毛细胞及支持细胞、血管纹。在胚胎49天到胚胎56天的形态学发育变化较大,到胚胎56天耳蜗已初具成熟外观,胚胎91天耳蜗已经发育成熟。结论对小型猪耳蜗形态学的观察提供了新的动物形态学基础,为以后小型猪作为耳科研究的动物模型提供了形态学支持。
Objective To study the morphological characteristics of the embryonic cochlea during development in Guizhou miniature pigs. Method The morphological changes in the miniature pig cochlea during embryonic development from embryo day 21 to day 107 were observed by the collodion-embedded section technique and light microscopy. Results The otic vesicles were visible and started to develop at embryo day 21. Hair cells and supporting cells and stria vascularis of cochlea showed mature development by embryo day 91. Substantial development changes were noticed from embryo day 49 to embryo day 56. Mature cochlear structures were seen by the end of embryo day 56. Completely mature cochlea was pres- ent by embryo 91 day. Conclusion This study provides new morphological data regarding cochlea development in Guizhou miniature pigs, which will be useful for future otological studies using such animals.
