“Zero distance” is a new demand for talents in modern enterprises. The article points out that the connotation of “zero distance” docking includes not only professional skills, but also the docking between students’ self-learning ability and enterprise culture. This paper analyzes the dilemma of zero distamce docking between higher vocational education and the enterprise and the existing misunderstanding. Finally some countermeasures are put forward.
