With increasing of building electrical and intelligent major in university, this major has become a new popular professional. Labs constructions have been concerned about more and more. By the investigation of some college＇s labs, it summarized the main problems which should be considered in choice of the lab＇s building programs. It provided some references for intelligent building lab＇s construction.
