随着影像技术的不断发展,出现了正电子发射断层显像(PET)/磁共振成像(MRI),其将解剖和功能成像有机地结合起来,使显像更加清楚。作为一种无创的检查手段,PET/MRI在癫痫发病机制、诊断以及术前评估过程中发挥着重要的作用。本文主要介绍PET/MR/的相关概念以及与其他影像学方法的比较,并叙述PET/MRI在难治性癫痫术前评估中的应用。
Epilepsy is a common disease in central nervous system; most patients with epilepsy ai%r regular anti-epilepsy drug treatment can be controlled, but drug treatment in about 20%-30% of patients is invalid, known as refractory epilepsy. With the development of imaging techniques, PET/MRI emerge and they combine anatomical and functional imaging, which makes the imaging more clear, enjoying more accurate anatomical structure. Thus, PET/MRI play important roles in the process of pathogenesis, diagnosis and preoperative assessment of epilepsy. We mainly introduce the concepts of PET/MRI and the comparison with other imaging technology, and describe the application of PET/MRI in preoperative assessment of refractory epilepsy.
