目的了解可能影响ICU临床护理人员技术水平的相关因素。方法采用Delphi法以及与专家面对面结构式访谈法，确定可能影响ICU临床护理人员技术水平的相关因素共8项，对ICU护理人员及ICU护理专家进行问卷调查，对影响因素的重要性排序。结果ICU护理专家与ICU临床护理人员均将“操作频次及经验”、“专业培训考核”因素排在前2位，将“年龄”、“学历”因素排在后2位。结论护理操作频次与经验是提高护理技能的重要方式，培训考核能够有效提高护理技术水平，工作年限、科室工作性质、专业技术职务、患者配合与护理人员技术水平提高关系密切。
英文摘要：
Objective To understand the relevant factors that affect the ability of nursing skills among ICU nurses. Methods This research used Delphi method and face - to - face structured interviews to identified eight influencing factors of the technical level among ICU nurses. And the influeneing factors were ranked in order according to the investigating results of ICU nurses and experts. Results There were eight factors affecting the technical level of ICU nurses. The first important two factors were ＂frequency and experience of operation＂ and ＂professional training and examination＂ according to the viewpoints of ICU nursing specialists and clinical nurses, And the last two factors in sequence were ＂age＂ and ＂educational level＂. Conclusions Increasing frequency and experience of practice nursing skills is an important way to improve the technical level of ICU nurses. And professional training and evaluation can effectively improve their level, too. There are some other relevant factors, including work experience, the work nature of department, professional and technical positions, and the compliance of patients.
