可持续发展关系着自然、环境、社会、经济和科技等各个方面。通过熵值法构建产业安全评价指标体系,对北京高技术产业安全进行综合评价。结果表明,2008年和2010年北京市高技术产业处于不安全状态,其余年份均处于安全状态。另外,较高的研发投入和科技人员投入能够提升企业的竞争力,进而增加产业安全度。因此,通过建立良好的制度环境,增强自主创新能力,构建基础融资平台对于北京市高技术产业的可持续发展有着重要的意义。
英文摘要：
Sustainable development is related to all aspects of the nature,environment,society,economy,technology.This paper constructs evaluation index system of industrial safety by entropy method,giving Beijing high-tech industry safety a comprehensive evaluation.The results show that,in 2008 and 2010,Beijing high-tech industry is in an unsafe condition,but in other years is safe.Besides,higher investment in RD investment and science and technology personnel can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,thus increasing industrial safety.Therefore,to establish a good institutional environment,enhance independent innovation capability and build the financing platform is important for the sustainable development of Beijing＇s high-tech industry.
