针对外贴纤维增强复合材料(FRP)布加固钢筋混凝土构件通常发生FRP与混凝土表面之间的剥离破坏,使得FRP的强度不能充分利用的问题,提出了一种将外贴法与机械锚固法相结合的新型复合粘结技术(HB-FRP)。为了研究复合粘结技术对试验梁的抗剪加固效果,结合在役钢筋混凝土桥梁的损伤特点,本文对16根抗剪试验梁进行了研究,分析了不同的加固方式、FRP条带粘贴层数及条带间距、预裂度、FRP的加固率等因素对加固效果的影响。试验结果表明:新型复合粘结技术可有效地抑制FRP的剥离,使梁的极限抗剪承载力及延性都有一定程度的提高。
To cope with the problem of inadequate utilization of the tensile strength of fiber reinforced plastic/polymer(FRP)due to the failure mode of reinforced concrete members strengthened with FRP sheet,i.e.,the usual debonding between the interface of FRP sheet and concrete,a new hybrid bonding technique(HB-FRP) which combined the externally bonded FRP(EB-FRP)and the mechanically fastened FRP(MF-FRP)was presented.In order to study the effect of new hybrid bonding technique on RC beams in shear resistance,on the basis of the destructive characteristics of aging RC beams,16 experiment beams' destructive tests were performed.The influences of different reinforcing methods,number of plies and strip spacing of FRP,defective degree,strengthened ratio of FRP,etc.on strengthening effects of RC beams were analyzed.The results show that the new hybrid bonding technique could limit the interface debonding failure of FRP effectively and improve the ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of the structures.
