目的:研究鬼箭羽药材中挥发性化学成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鬼箭羽挥发油性成分,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析。结果:鉴定了其中的56个挥发性化合物,占总挥发油的82.64%以上。其挥发性组分主要是羧酸、醛、酮、萜类化合物及其含氧衍生物,该法获得的相对含量最高的是棕榈酸39.69%,其次是冬青油5.02%,其他含量较高的成分依次是:9,12-十八碳二烯酸5.14%,十四烷酸2.79%,正己醛2.71%,9,12,15-十八碳三烯酸2.59%,十五烷酸2.31%,壬醛1.60%,月桂酸1.34%,六氢金合欢基丙酮1.25%。结论:鬼箭羽挥发油中的许多化合物,具有多种生物学活性。
Objective:To investigate the chemical components of the essential oil from Evonymus alata. Methods: The essential oils from Evonymus alata were extracted by steam distillation,and analyzed by GC-MS. Results: 56 volatile components were identified, their relative contents were determined and accounted for over 82.64%. It was found that the main volatile components were carboxylic acid, aldehyde, ketone, terpenoid and derivatives of oxygenated terpenoid, in which the predominant compounds were n-Hexadecanoic acid 39.69%, methyl salicylate 5.02%, 9,12-Octadecadienoic acid 5.14%, tetradecanoic acid 2.79%, Hexanal 2.71%, 9,12,15-Octadecadienoic acid 2.59%, Pentadecanoic acid 2.31%, Nonanal 1.60%, Dodecanoic acid 1.34%, Hexahydrofarnesyl acetone 1.25%. Conclusion: Many chemical components had diverse biological activities.
