在相变材料热控系统的吸热融化过程中,由于材料与容器壁面之间的空穴效应形成的接触热阻,将对熔化传热形成阻尼效应。采用反演热传导反问题的方法,将参数辨识中的灵敏度法和共轭梯度法应用到实验,建立了一种可用于材料熔化过程界面稳态和瞬态接触热阻的辨识方法。模拟辨识与初步应用表明:辨识方法计算精度高、稳定性好,为精细化分析相变材料热控系统中的熔化吸热过程奠定基础。
In this article, the parameter estimation method is used for identifying the thermal contact resistance at the interface between the container and the phase-change material(PCM) in the thermal control device. The steady and transient thermal contact resistance is obtained by sensitivity method and conjugate gradient method respectively. The results indicate that these methods proposed in this work are characterized with high computing efficiency, and can be used to improve the prediction accuracy of melting rate for PCM thermal control device.
