在分析影响供应链知识扩散效率因素的基础上,提出了层链结构和中心结构2种扩散模式的供应链知识扩散模型,并利用Vensim软件构建了这2种模式的系统动力学模型。仿真分析发现:中心结构比层链结构在知识扩散方面更具效率;知识的显性化、高效率的知识扩散媒介、良好的学习和吸收知识能力可较好地提高知识在整个供应链中的扩散效率;同时,通过对影响知识扩散效率的各N素进行参数分析,可为提高效率提供有价值的建议,仿真结果证明了该方法在指导供应链知识扩散效率改进方面的有效性和可行性。
Based on the analysis of the affecting factors of the knowledge diffusion in the supply chain, two different knowledge diffusion models which are entitled the Layer-chain Diffusion Structure mode (LDS) and the Center Diffusion Structure mode (CDS) in the supply chain are proposed, and the System Dynamics (SD) models of the two modes are built with the help of Vensim software. The simulation analysis shown that the CDS mode is more efficient than the LDS mode, moreover, conver- ting the tacit knowledge to the explicit knowledge, effeieent knowledge diffusion media and well learn- ing ability can improve the knowledge diffusion efficiency. It also proves that SD simulation is a valid method to find out and improve the positive factors of knowledge diffusion efficiency.
