蜂窝纸板质轻、强度高、抗冲击性能好,广泛应用于包装物流领域,但是由于其屈曲机理非常复杂而不能准确预测其屈曲强度。借助于有限元分析软件ANSYS对垂直载荷作用下蜂窝纸板的屈曲强度进行了特征值和非线性屈曲模拟分析,并对其结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,应用ANSYS软件对蜂窝纸板进行屈曲分析是可行的。分析结果对蜂窝纸板的设计、力学性能研究与测试具有一定的参考价值;非线性屈曲分析结果的精度比特征值屈曲分析高,将两者结合使用可以有效地提高分析的效率和精度。
Because of the light weight, high strength and better impact resistance, honeycomb paperboard is widely applied in packaging and logistics, but it is difficult to precisely predict the ultimate buckling strength for the complex buckling mechanism. Eigen and nonlinear buckling analysis of honeycomb paperboard under vertical load were proceeded by using the FEM software-ANSYS ,and difference and reasons for the results of the two were analyzed. The results show that it is feasible and valuable to simulate the buckling strength of honeycomb paperboard with ANSYS but the nonlinear method is superior to eigenvalue method and the combination of the two can promote the analyzing efficiency and accuracy in theory.
