为了进一步顺应公安院校人才培养需求,改善社区警务课程传统教学模式,加强教学互动,构建“顾客导向”教学模式十分必要.该模式主张收集授课对象及公安用人单位的内外部顾客的意见,在此基础上,将“顾客”的需求与课程教学结合起来,在坚持以内外部顾客为导向的前提下,改善教学模式.由于内外部顾客需求的可获取、需求结合教学的可转化性、公安院校对课程教学改革的提倡性及现有教学资源的可利用性也使构建“顾客导向”教学模式切实可行.
In order to respond to talent cultivation needs of public security colleges, improve the traditional teaching model of community policing courses and enhance teaching interaction, it' s quite essential to build the “customer- oriented” teaching mode. The first step of the new mode is to collect the feedbacks from the internal and external customers, namely learners anti public security organs. Then, by combining the customers' needs with teaching and persisting in the customer-oriented premise, the teaching mode will be improved. Building a “customer-oriented” teaching mode is feasible because of the reasons as follows: we can learn about the needs of internal and eternal customers; there' re possibilities to transfnrm the teaching mode according to the requirements; public security colleges call for curriculum reform; current teaching materials are available.
