利用二次量子化方法研究了由相同面心立方结构(100)材料构成的铁磁性双层薄膜,重点讨论了界面交换作用与体交换作用的关系对体系二维布里渊区界面模存在的影响.结果表明,当界面交换作用大于体交换作用时,出现光学型界面模;当界面交换作用小于体交换作用时,出现声学型界面模.并且界面交换作用与体交换作用的关系不同时,会影响界面模在二维布里渊区出现的数量.
Ferromagnetic bilayers with face-centered cubic (100) are studied by using a second quantization approach. Particularly the influence of interface exchange interaction and body interface exchange interaction on the existence conditions for interface modes of 2D Brillouin zone is discussed. It is shown that, there will be the optical interface modes, when the interface exchange interaction is greater than the body exchange interaction; on the other hand there will be the acoustical interface modes, Furthermore, the different relation between the interface exchange interaction and mode exchange interaction, can influence the number of interface modes of 2D Brillouin zone.
