针对输煤管道的可视化检测问题,采用有限元方法建立电阻层析成像传感器的三维模型,分析改变电极尺寸对系统性能的影响。根据分析结果开发一套16电极电阻层析成像系统,用于输煤管道检测。静态试验的结果,验证了该系统的有效性。
Aimed at the visual detection on coal conveying pipe, three-dimensional model for ERT sensor is established adopting finite element method so as to analyze influence of change in electrode size on system performance. And a set of 16-electrode ERT system is developed according to analysis result for detection on coal conveying pipe. It is verified from static test result that the system is effective.
