水源区的水资源安全是我国南水北调工程最为关键的问题之一,关系整个南水北调工程的成败,因此对其状况进行评价显得极为重要。根据目前学者对水资源安全评价做出的研究,结合南水北调中线工程水源区的具体特点,建立了水源区水资源安全评价体系,并利用AHP法确定各个指标的权重,运用多层次模糊综合评价法对中线工程南阳水源区2013年的水资源安全状况进行评价。评价结果表明,南阳水源区的水资源处于很安全的状态。根据评价结果,进一步分析了限制该水源区水资源安全的主要潜在因素。

According to the results of the current research scholars developed a assessment on water resources security, combined with the specific characteristics of water source area of the middle route of south to north water diversion project to set up the water resources security evaluation system of water source area, and using AHP to determine the weight of each index, then used the multi - level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the water resources security situation of Nanyang water district in 2013. The evaluation results showed that:The water district of Nanyang was in a very safe state. Finally, this paper further analyzed the potential factors of water sources security in the water resource area.
