利用光导波方法,对不同电压下由棱镜、折射率匹配液及扭曲向列相液晶盒构成的全漏导模进行了实验研究,得到了不同外角所对应的全漏导模的反射光强度实验数据,并由斯涅尔折射定律转化为反射率随内角变化的数据,由此得到实验曲线。通过与多层光学理论给出的理论曲线进行比较,发现两者之间有一个很好的吻合,确定了扭曲向列相液晶盒在不同电压下的指向矢剖面。
Using the optical guided wave method,the full leaky waveguide mode assembled by prism,matching fluid of refractivity and twisted nematic liquid crystal cell is studied under different voltages.Some experimental data of reflected light corresponding to different external angles through the full leaky guided mode of twisted nematic liquid crystal are obtained.From Snell law,some experimental curves between the reflectivity and the internal angle are also obtained.By comparing these experimental curves with the theoretical curves obtained from multi-layer optics theory,with a greatly good accordance,the director profile of twisted nematic liquid crystal cell for different voltages is determined.
