On the basis of PUWU and PUTIU data, the research uses the method of ring structure and statistical analysis to apply Geographic Information System（GIS） spatial processing to the elderly population density and aging rate in Xi＇an, to reveal the spatial distribution of the elderly both on urban and street levels. This paper explores how to provide scientific references for urban development and planning of care facilities for the elderly.
